Social workers forum in the province includes sisters with MSW or MA/MSc in Psychology. They give orientation to the social work of the province. In our province, the Jai Rani Charitable Trust oversees the social work. The works under the trust are the various forums like Kairos, Ujjeevan, and Jai Rani Kids. The trust assists ladies to become independent by giving loans under the Revolving Scheme to start
small income generating projects. We also support education for students through Jai Rani Kids.
The group's animator is the mother superior, and each group has a president, secretary, and treasurer. The animator is in charge of their regular meetings. Now there are three Ujjeevan groups and four Kairos groups in the province. These groups which stand for the total development of its members are operating fervently in 3 parishes. There will soon be additional groups.
